One thing I've always had a hard time with, when it comes to my summer wardrobe, is blouses. You want something that's loose, but not too lose, cute but practical, and preppy but functional.
One thing I've found is that short sleaved shirts work really well in summertime. I'm all for a good tank top but short sleaved shirts tend to be more flowy which allows for air flow {which is really important}
